Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Domestic (Germany): 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund where applicable.
