• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:
We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

• Sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed.
